I need to get rid of my games. I have a great collection, but I love my wife more than games. Video games are just stiff and our relationship is greater than any video game, ever. Where can I get the most money for them? I'm thinking Best Buy, but if you have any ideas let me know.

Yeah, eBay if you're willing to go through the trouble. Otherwise, Best Buy or GameStop would be easiest. Amazon lets you trade games, too, but you'd still be mailing them (I assume...).

I'd suggest you compromise with your wife and box them up and store them in your garage and you can play them a few years from now. However if you really have to sell them I'd suggest Ebay, retail stores will offer you next to nothing for your games.

If you don't want to go through the trouble of selling them yourself on eBay or whatever, Amazon has the best trade-in prices from my experience. It's still not going to be a great return, and it's in the form of credit, not cash, but they're better than Gamestop or Best Buy and they make the process pretty painless (print pre-paid shipping label, package game, drop it off).

Like others have said, Ebay will get you the most money (potentially a lot more money depending on what you have). If all you're looking to sell are more modern games then Gamestop/Bestbuy etc. will be the easiest option but definitely won't get you the most money.

Loooooot's of assuming stuff here. Dear god people, he might be selling them for financial reasons, keeping his marriage and life going. He didn't say he would quit gaming, just sell the collection "which probably collects dust anyway". There is a lot of reasons to sell stuff you like. And the place to do it is probably Ebay.

Get on Ebay and local trading sites like kijiji.ca and post them. Kijiji is your best bet, as they don't take a cut of the profit, and you deal directly with the customers.

Fair play to you mate, a lot of people would have told her where to go.

ebay, or craigslist. put an ad there meet somebody and sell the game.

Jesus guys the dude clearly loves her a lot more than video games. I know it's hard to believe but it is possible. Ebay the shit out of them. We don't even know the details about what kind of impact his gaming has on their relationship.
