"DLC season". Shit.. I had no problems with DLC as long as they treated them like mini expansion because I loved old PC style expansion packs. However, the problem I have is that most DLC are overpriced especially map packs, imo. This will just make me stay away from MW3.

Not even going to buy the game. I'm not going to buy overpriced map packs, I'm not going to buy an Elite subscription, I don't want to feel locked out when I play multiplayer after a month and I definitely don't like the segregation of people with different map packs, no I fucking hate it. Different playlists/servers depending on which map packs you own. I FUCKING HATE IT.  (It's in CAPS because it's the only appropriate way to write hate comments, otherwise it's not hate.)

Japanese Console makers being Japanese Console makers. Reminds me of all the stupid shit Gameboy and 16-bit console era had.

When you are in the lead, you can do this. Sony and Nintendo have done similar things when they were in the lead.

2008 and 2009 had really strong line ups imo. 2010 disappointed me. Except for Limbo there weren't any other game that enticed me. The other games seemed ok but not really worth a purchase. This year seems even weaker. Except for Bastion none other game even interest me.

I'm going to whine a little. Bastion is one of few games I might actually pre-order but there are no pre-order bonuses. Not even the 10% discount.

I'll pick this up and the end of the month or next month, only because there is no incentive for me to pre-order and I don't have any time to play it this month. So in the end it might actually be a good thing (for me) that it doesn't have any pre-order bonus because I have little self control when it comes to really good games.

@clstirens: Batman AA has a revoke tool. At least the Steam version does.

@clstirens:  To be fair, the posts he replied to weren't any better or even worse, in my opinion.

 I hope DotA 2 won't be free to play like HoN or LoL. I rather pay €20-30 for the full game and updates than earn "coins" to unlock everything or buying coins to unlock stuff which will probably be more expensive than purchasing the game, even at €50-60. Of course, Valve are smart and will probably follow the LoL model (and now HoN I suppose).

@clstirens: Uhm yeah...

I agree that DotA/HoN/LoL have a lot of assholes but you guys basically said that they were nerds, idiots, scums etc and you're surprised he's offended?

@fisk0: He said "think $59.99". Because using straight conversion rates are pretty dumb in these cases because prices, salaries and taxes are different. Unless you just made a joke, in which case, it's still stupid. :P

EA has enough games that I'm interested in to warrant having Origins installed. I don't care about my e-penis either (having a huge Steam library) so I really don't mind Origins. Only that the prices are a bit more expensive than Steam.
