Loved the story, the gameplay, the art, the soundtrack, everything. Name something else in this game and I probably love that too.

Similar to Bastion in that I loved everything about it. A perfect continuation to the first with memorable characters and a story that's so much deeper than it lets on.

I've always enjoyed games that have RPG elements more than true RPGs, but Skyrim has completely ripped that streak to shreds. All around addictive and ridiculously fun to play.

I love Batman. Batman, Batman, Batman. Despite the never-ending comparisons for better and for worse to Arkham Asylum, Arkham City manages to set itself apart with it's open world sensibilities and various narrative twists. In all honesty though, as long as the combat system stays the same I really can't hate it.

Jumping into an Uncharted sequel is similar to jumping into the next installment of a movie franchise; it's less about the MacGuffin surrounding it and more about the characters within it. Though I accept the shooting for what it is, and the traversal stays true from game to game, I really come back to spend just a little more time with these characters in their world. And what a gorgeous world it is...

I had NO idea how much I'd love this game. From the pixelated art style, to the soaring war-epic soundtrack, and the crazy revisionist history premise, this game has enough charm and entertainment to be a fast favorite. An indie SHMUP that I fully support.
