do people use the ward spells much? i generally just jumped from left to right dodging like crazy.

Wards are so unbelievably useful. I think most people dismiss them, but they're much better than using a physical shield IMO. I know I didn't understand how useful they were at first.

For bosses I like to use ... whatever the mid level ward is and something like a fireball staff. Kills them real fast and if you get hit by an attack the ward can't handle all it does it break the spell.

Using a ward + healing hands on a companion can be useful too. You don't take much aggro that way.

@Kung_Fu_Viking: They were telling people to uninstall the game after a phase ended throughout most of the beta. So I'm not surprised people got rid of it already.

When they kneel they're low in health but still above zero. If they get hit more, by say a fireball spell that does splash damage, then their health will hit zero and they'll die. Not that I've ever done that by accident or anything. ;)

I stumbled upon this when trying to setup a mobile feed on my phone. If you're trying to access one of the subscriber only feeds, like say at http://www.giantbomb.com/videos/feed/mobile/, the case sensitivity is incorrect for the username on the http authentication requests. Having three capital letters as my username I naturally entered "LAR" when trying to authenticate, which didn't work. It turns out I need to enter "lar" as my username so I can get in.

I'm probably a fringe case but figured I'd let you know so you can do a tolower on what users enter. =)

I captured this image from Amazon yesterday.  While I'm sure it's just an honest error on Amazon's part, it still seems kinda messed up given all that's happened with Infinity [Ward].

@harris or @drew What's the word on having version r87 published to the marketplace?  I've compiled the source and installed it on my phone manually, but I'm sure there are others that would like to have the videos working in the app again.

This request can be ignored.  The RSS feeds Jeff mentioned on the Bombcast will accomplish what I want.

This is the part I'm wondering about.  I've skimmed the API, but haven't found any calls that would allow someone to log into the site outside of a web browser.  I suppose you could try sending a post to auth.wiskeymedia.com/login using the next parameter, but that seems like a hack (if it even works).

I'm wondering if there's going to be a way to log a user into the site via the api, or a key subscribers can generate for access HD videos.  (The later is preferable for security reasons.)  I'm looking into programatically downloading and provided content over a dnla server for the 360 or PS3.
