@example1013:
 Uh, Wii is WiFi...

...and has way more than 5 awesome games. Zelda, Punch Out, Kirby Epic Yarn, Galaxy, Galaxy 2, New Sup Mario Wii, Mario Kart Wii, Reisdent Evil 4 on Wii is the best version, Metroid Corruption, Donkey Kong Country Returns is freaking amazing, so on and so on. These are just a few triple-A titles off the top of my head without even looking at whats in my cabinet.

Xbox live is freaking awesome and worth every penny, with a great UI with a ton of exclusive content, and is in NO way on par with the horrific experience we have on PSN.

And I havent had any price gouging on my PS3, the occasional exclusives I pick up are still $59.99. And the lame hack problems only effect the ding dongs who still think Moderm Warfare 2 is an actual competitive environment. News flash - it's also completely broken on the 360. Blame Activision. Theres a reason Halo: Reach is excellent competition. Blame Bungie.

I own all 3 and have a little issue with each one but I'll tell you this: they're all pretty awesome and shine in their own way. Even my PS3 sometimes :)

Final Fantasy games were once an event upon each release. I remember everyone eagery awaiting the US Final Fantasy III. VII, VIII, and IX were each such great little gems. And FFX is really charming and for me, the last actual Final Fantasy game. Once they started throwing low grade MMO garbage into the proper sequels it really, really diminished the value of all future releases. Couple that with the trend of more and more linear storylines, and there is absolutely no 'role playing' in these 'role playing games' anymore.

Very disappointing, and I'd like them to take a break. Reboot in 5 years with something more than zany CGI.

I love StarCraft 2 in campaign, but I get my ass handed to me in every mulitplayer game. That has made it no fun for me to play, I just end up wondering if I'm a moron.

Am I a moron?

See, there it goes again.

I proudly bought my final UMD today: a pre-buy for next month's Ys I & II Chronicles.

It seems that the UMD experiment is finally coming to a close. For shame, but there isn't a whole lot I've cared for on my PSP. Even the top games haven't often held my attention very long, and it's been a paperweight most of the time.

One thing I can say for my PSP: it's 6 year old launch day hardware that hasn't so much as lost a pixel. Pretty impressive.

Uh, ok I'm dumb. Sorry, those guys did such a great job channeling Dante that I totally forgot it wasn't Capcom. I wish I could say I was just drunk when I wrote that but I wasn't. I was just looking at the playable character list and hoping somebody I cared about would make the cut. Maybe they can have her guest-star....

360. I own all 3 but here are my reasons:

Vastly superior online experince, proper achievement system, better user interface, more confortable and refined controller D-pad not withstanding.

My 360 is as loud as a cracken but it's just a whole lot more fun to play games on. I use my PS3 solely for the occasional exclusives that give me no other choice.

Oh and I use the PC for this. And for StarCraft 2.

Totally 100% NOT sick of Nolan North. This guy's voice makes me feel immediately at home with whatever badass Im playing. For me so far its a toss up between Jason Flemming, Nathan Drake, and Desmond Miles. I have a suspicion Desmond Miles is going to end up the most amazing ass-kicker of the group in a couple more games...

Check his other stuff for the great range he has. As for now, I'm totally cool having Mr. North be the Bruce Willis of video gaming,

Kudos, Nolan.

A prior related thread has been locked, yet I'm compelled to make a quick response of my appreciation for all you Giant Bombers, Mr. Navarro included. I'm thrilled you're here man.

Now if there is some way to get Greg Kasavin on the site (in a capacity beyond the occasional convention run-in), I'd offer to help pay his salary. My web-life would be complete if he could do a Skyrim live marathon in 2011.

Back to you Alex, I want to see you have a 'Mailbag' feature again buddy. Seriously, it's great to have you on my favorite gaming site, again.
