The title says it all. I basically bought this as soon as I saw it on the App Store. I didn't read any reviews, and only saw one or two videos of the game in action. I'm glad I wasn't disappointed. I'm really impressed with how well this plays using the touch screen; I could mostly pull some pretty complex combos with ease, but there were some rare occasions when it was difficult to even do a Hadoken. My only gripe with this is that it doesn't have an online multiplayer mode. It does have a bluetooth multplayer mode, however. I can only hope Capcom will acknowledge our demand for an online multiplayer mode and include it in a future update.

This might not have the depth of the console version, but the fact that I now have an excellent SFIV port on my iPhone to play on the go is enough to keep me happy. For those of you who have a PSP, I think it's a good idea that you wait for the rumored PSP port since it's bound to be even better than this one. If you don't have a PSP, however, and you've got an iPhone then I would definitely recommend that you check this out.

Believe me, I tried to resist the urge to do it, but thanks to Jeff and his rather convincing article, I'm now boldly embarking on a lifetime journey in the Star Trek Online universe. I can't emphasize his concluding remarks enough: "Dear Star Trek Online, please please please be good." Also, I'm sure someone out there will be willing to buy my account for $50 or even $100 if the game turned out to be absolute shit in a few months. If anyone else here bought the game and needs a lifetime STO friend, you are more than welcome to add me: Axel@Axxxel

Now.. someone please punch me.

Edit: On a second thought, I don't think I'll sell it even if I get bored of the game. I'll just give it to a friend. I just hate selling stuff.

If you have been listening to the Bombcast since back in the day when it was called the Arrow Pointing Down podacst, you'll know that Gatorade Tiger is what started the podcast's tradition of tasting energy drinks. For all we know, it might actually be the sole reason behind the creation of the very first podcast which was the first step in the creation of the site we know and love today. Well, fellow giantbombers, I have some sad news for you.. Gatorade Tiger is no more. PepsiCo has announced that it is going to discontinue its Gatorade Tiger Focus drink and said that this decision was not related to recent revelations about the golfer's private life. Let us all have a moment of silence in memory of this great drink.

Edit: This video got me mentioned by Jeff in a news article. I like it even more now. :)
