EA are planning to launch the open beta test for Command & Conquer: Red Alert 3 soon, and in order to allow gamers to check if their PC's will be able to run the game, EA has revealed the first details on the system requirements.

Hey guys so just thought like this that it would be fun doing some games on Live or on PC all together us Giantbomb users to see who's the best and maybe even post Leaderboard on someone's blog or something :s What do you think? We would need a list of games and plan some times for it :)
Personnally on Xbox 360 I could play : GTA IV, Halo 3, Gears of War and Call of Duty 4 or on PC COunter Strike, Call of Duty 4 and Battlefield 2 / 2142....

Left 4 Dead European Date + New Screenshots
Hey guys
Starting today I decided I would put up a daily blog showing off the latest video game news until this site had an official one.
I'll try to get the data from as many sites as possible and then share it with you guys. So here it goes!
First of all, Turtle Rock, the makers of the aniticipated title 'Left 4 Dead' announced a date for it's game for the European shores the 6th november for 50 Euros (PC price). And at the same time, some new screenshots have been released so here you go!

And the following news are for the ones that were interested in Hellgate London, it seems the company is going pretty bad as several of their beta MMOS are shutting down and Hellgate London itself is closed to any new subscriptions and the subscribers aren't being charged at the moment. Unreal Engine 4!!
That's right Gamasutra had the coverage: Speaking at Gamefest in Seattle, Epic's Mike Capps has been discussing Unreal Engine 4, suggesting the next version of the dominant game engine is in production and will debut "...in the next console generation - our rough guess is 2012 - 2018."
Specifically, Epic president Capps - who introduced a Gamasutra-attended Gamefest panel that included notable Unreal Engine 3-using creators such as Gearbox's Randy Pitchford, mentioned that the Unreal Engine tools had a markedly "console focus" going forward, and then noted:
"We've got Unreal [Engine] 4 in production right now... it's going to be in the next console generation - our rough guess is 2012 [to] 2018."
So soon We will get it!

Cecil's legacy (Or Final Fantasy IV)

So just taking a break of a long playing time of Final Fantasy IV for DS and for the past hours I was nothing but impressed by the quality of this game.
This isn't going to be a review, more an overall of what I did so far made really short. So you start the game as a dark knight named Cecil on your way to destroy a town and steal a crystal for your king. Your methods however make you and your crew wonder if this fight is the good one. As the story develops you meet Kain your best friend, Dragoon of profession and Rosa, your love, White mage of profession. From this point on you will keep meeting new characters and changing party members (you don't control it) and as you go on you keep seeing how much this game improved from the previous DS title that was good true but still lacked quite a few things.
I'm not saying that this title isn't lacking from stuff but still it's a major improvment over it's predecessor. First you will all be happy to know that you get one save in the dungeons (hell yeah anyone) but only one and in a specific room each time. And your spells are learned by leveling not by buying all those spells (gets expensive in FFIII if you have mages). And your party will always be configured so that you have all the good members to continue your path. The characters are also charming and interesting and you will actually pay attention to the main plot unlike FFIII where the story wasn't that great.
Multiplayer, yes actual multiplayer, not like FF III where you get to send messages to your friends. You can use Whyt (you encounter his owner Rydia early on in the story) to fight via Wi-Fi against people around the world!. Didn't really use though.
So that's it for the moment (More and it's a review). I'm planning on playing like 10 hours before doing a final review and I will try to share meanwhile all my impressions of this game. For the moment I'm back in Baron's catle for the people playing it.
So far so good so greatest addition to my library of DS games since the world ends with you!

Welcome to my blog :p
True I did another blog post but it's more an introduction than anything else. I got to get this website more and I'm working on getting my 1000 points really fast by helping on random pages. Today my main computer broke :( So I'm using my backup one atm and it sucks badly but yeh.
I saw the Dark Knight yesterday until my computer just stopped, I opened it and boom! my power supply was melting...MELTING!
So it's gunna take a few days for it to get fixed (still got the warranty). So no computer games for me but I don't really care cause I got FFIV for DS and I'm gunna do a review soon :)
Great game for the moment and I'm just starting it.
Anyways I hope you guys are enjoying this as much as I am and Welcome to my Blog :)

Hey I come from Gamespot (Legolas_Prime) and I gotta admit this website is way better in term of content and liberty!
I didn't know anything about this website until I saw it on one of the blogs back in GS and I'm happy I did! A lot of pages here need to be updated so I'm getting ready lol
