oh ffs this is just getting ridiculous. Didn't they just release an expansion not so long ago?
Some of the new "additions" are so lame, it really feels like they're trying to sap as much money out of their player base as possible.
Not hating on them, i mean why not, if you got 11 million people playing your game, even just $1 out of every one of them = $11million lol
As an ex-WoW player, this just seems so lame and pathetic by blizzard.  Goblins and worgens. "new race/class combinations". whoopy-doo. big effin deal.

thanks so much for your help penguindust and damian. I was hoping to get a jump start from asking on this forum, and while i was waiting for replies, i ended up googling and found ea_spouse's essay and the accompanying articles etc. Didn't realise Tecmo had something similar though.
Thanks so much again for your input fellas. Greatly appreciated.

"+1 to speedtree that would be hilarious. But on a more serious note, I always thought why not Sacred 2? Or even a quick look on Sacred 2? I'll admit, i'm pretty biased as I love that game, but I feel that if it got a bit more exposure, other people would enjoy it as well. Plus, if Jeff and Vinny were to do an endurance run, there's around 500 side quests to that game, and a level cap of 200. Perfect for an Endurance Run. DREW! MAKE IT HAPPEN!!! "

Yeah, but people aren't going to tune in just to watch them grind for hours. It needs a story that will get viewers hooked and also scenarios that causes Vinny/Jeff/whoever to have hilarious reactions. "
Well there IS a story, so i guess they could read that and some of the sidequests etc. are quirky and somewhat humorous in and of themselves. However, ill be honest and say i have no effin idea what the story is in Sacred 2, and i've played it both on PC when it came out, and on 360 lol. So point taken. The story in Sacred 2 is weak sawce.

I think i just like sidequests in general. Sure, they can get repetitive, but still, i'm not sure why, but i enjoy them.
A lot of the activities in Saints Row 2 are fun, I think Fuzz was one of my favourite. Sure it was repetitive, but it stayed fun and humorous for me.
I can't remember a specific side quest, but i enjoyed the sidequests in KOTOR1 where you had to make moral choices. At the time, moral choices in games hadn't become the new trend, so yeah, i loved those.

This may seem like a completely random question, but I'm going to ask it anyway.
I have to write about any organisation I want that interests me, as long as I can identify a people management issue. I have copy and pasted the task set out for me below:

"The first thing you need to do is select an organisation that you will use to answer the topic question. The organisation you pick is not of consequence to your grade, however pick an organisation you are interested in. It is also recommended that you pick a large organisation that you know has been in the media (i.e. print, television or radio) and also has a relatively comprehensive website.

Once you have selected an organisation, gather as much information as you can on that organisation. You may use library sources, the internet or any form of media to gather this information, however you are not permitted to contact the organisation, interview any employees of the organisation or use information that is not available in the public domain.

Use the information you have gathered to identify a key people management issue relevant to the organization. This could be drawn from a range of possible organizational behavior topics.   We recommend using the lectures and text book as a guide to selecting an appropriate topic with sufficient research background to write an essay on.   Once you have gathered and synthesised this information your essay can be written. Your Part One essay, will be between 750 and 1000 words. "

Part One is due in a week, and Part Two will be due in a number of weeks. Part One essentially acts as the plan for the final essay (part two), which is approx 3,000 words.

Now, I am interested in video games, so i figured why not write about video game companies?
Anyone know of any video game developers/publishers that have people management issues? ie. pay disputes etc etc. Bear in mind, i will need legitimate and substantiated evidence to back up my shit-talking for 3,000 words lol.

Or, is it too hard to write about video game organisations, and should i be writing about something generic like banks, or BHP Billiton etc etc.

Any helpful input is greatly appreciated!!!

+1. Got Sacred 2 on the PC and xbox 360. it's basically the only game i've been playing for the past 6 months. I predict that i'll probably still be playing it until the day D3 comes out.
However, as you probably know, these hack 'n' slash action-rpg's are very clear on what they're like, and what crowds they cater for. So if you know you like grinding, finding epic lootz, and just crafting a character that progressively becomes stronger and more powerful, then you should jump right in. If not, i'd recommend tales of vesperia. haven't had the chance to play much of it since i've had sacred 2, but i've played past tales games, and supposedly vesperia is supposedly the height of the series, so might pay to look into that as well.

I agree. the finale was everything it needed to be. it looked back on past seasons, gave closure, it was just a great episode. Equal favourite with My Screw Up, which in itself is a pretty powerful episode....

Ditto. Especially the last scene, then the last 5-10min epilogue.
