The turrets were the only trouble spot for me; I'd drop and not see it until the death camera spun around - mostly my fault I'm sure. I had heard a lot about the Kai Lang fight but I had no trouble there. Grissom Academy was rough though, but the game was far easier than 2 on insanity.
It is helpful when regulation stories like this crop up, but its also extremely wasteful. Sending cases to the Supreme Court is quite costly and the people who benefit from them are the politicians who brought it on for their own purpose of bolstering their base of support.
I can't wait for the impending Whiskey additions of bird watching, stamps, pez dispensers, quilting, and horticulture. (I am actually excited about book and music sites, however.)
