This has been known for a while (at least I was aware of it for at least a year). It's called the Solomon Key and supposed to take place in America last I heard.
My Macbook charger is about to give out :( Not as bad as losing the whole thing, but it still costs $80 to replace the charger. Apple shit is expensive.
"The Harry Potter movies have been just fine. Sure, they have to cut them down, but whatever. They work as MOVIES. I'm definitely going to see it.
I am pissed, however, that the seventh movie (which happens to be the only book that I read) is only focusing on the SECOND HALF of the book. BULLSHIT! There's so much good stuff in the beginning that will be difficult to overlook for overall plot continuity. = / Oh well though."
Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think they are splitting the 7th book up into two separate movies so that they can do justice to the whole story."
Man, fuck only knows anymore. I had read a story a couple weeks back that sounded like they were only focusing on the second half of the book. Now, I'm looking at "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 1 and 2" on imdb and Rotten Tomatoes.
If they DO decide to stick with two films, I'll be happier.
"
Yeah the seventh book will be two films. This has been confirmed for a while. I think one of the good directors from earlier in the series is working on it too, but it might be someone new.
This is finally coming out in June, after being finished for over six months....

Looks pretty good, and you can see a lot of key scenes from the book in that trailer (As well as a scene where the Burrow gets exploded by Death Eater missiles O_O), but the Harry Potter movies haven't really been all that great so far. At the very least the cinematography looks amazing, but really the only thing that matters is if they can tell the story well, which I'm not sure if they can. Anyone have any expectations for this?
