I guess we'll have to wait and see where this one goes. Facebook and Spotify are pretty closely linked but Spotify still does what I need it to, and does it well.

It's also going away. I think the creator pulled it from online stores. Link

I just got tickets to see the Buckeyes this season, I'm curious to see what they'll do this year. Outside of the typical Big Ten match ups they really have a pretty modest out of conference schedule. Hopefully its not another year of making it to the National Title game only to implode and look ridiculous against the SEC.

Also, was I the only one not blown away by Alabama's performance against VCU? I mean yes they still ran away with the victory but their offense wasn't outstanding and their team mainly scored on special team's plays. VCU hung around more than I thought they had any right to. I'm sure Alabama will come around and still be pretty tough to handle but I don't know if they have a repeat in the bag.

Definitely SMB3, and maybe some XCOM. If only Kuribo's shoe was in XCOM. Oh shit, I just thought of a Kuribo's shoe crossed with a New Balance. Now there's an amount of stupidity Ryan could get behind.

Thanks for the update, I can't help but admire everyone's strength throughout all this. Take some time, we're all behind you!

I'm in Akron, I'd be down for anywhere though. I'd love to get together and hang out with some fellow duders. Let's make this happen!

Ryan and the entire cast at Giant Bomb has and always will be a huge source of inspiration, and entertainment to me. Ryan's work showed me to take pride in your work and to have a great time doing it. I'll never forget how much energy his voice and personalilty contained. His presence will be missed but not forgotten. Thanks for all the memories, and for helping create a culture and website that will always be a place of relaxation, laughs, and solace for myself and for many.

5-3-1 from Jim Wendler, works like a charm for me. I do the "boring but big" variation that adds extra reps with less weight to help build tone. 4 days a week, with good variations and assistance exercises, leads to excellent pure strength. I'm pretty happy with my current weight so I usually just supplement my work outs with ON whey protein shakes, I'm not trying to get huge. I usually add 20-30 minutes of some kind of cardio or yoga type exercise afterward to keep myself from becoming too one dimensional.
