@humanity: ok, thx. I’m pretty sure I’ve fought 2 bosses then…I will go back and poke around some more.
I like the game but the movement feels like moving on sand. I feel like a fox should be a bit peppier, it would enhance the navigation, exploration, and combat if it was.
@cikame: oh man, I’ve only beaten onimusha 1 but it blew my mind back in the day. Messed around with O2 a little the other day and was kinda amazed how great it looked still. Definitely looking to go back and play O2-4.
I remember my friends and I in high school used to get stoned and play out a final fantasy turn based battle. Funniest part was the exaggerated idle animations. Oh man did we think that was hilarious.
Not sure if it totally fits your topic but I bought a 2ds (new 2ds xl to be specific) in 2020 after I bought a Switch in 2018. Tho the model came out in 2017, it was my entry into the 3ds platform which first released in 2011.

For a poorly optimized cross gen game, it seems like PS5 and XSX are holding their own. You can’t just look at 1 game and conclude that’s the general truth about the entire console market. Every game has its own performance profile. The graphical performances of the new console is said to be around RTX2060/2070. An entire system for the asking price is actually very good.
