I'm going to go ahead and include games that have it written as text but having never finished FF7 I'll need to look that up and see it for myself.

Interesting list. Infamous has it, and I'm pretty sure Infamous 2 too.
  
Semi-related, but Red Johnson Chronicles, rated M and PEGI 16 in Europe, actually drops an F-bomb in the trailer, surprised me considering that strong language usually leads to a PEGI 18.
