I'm not going to get into specifics here, feel free to read my two other posts about the subject.

So, I now have a functioning (for now) PS3, but it's not a BC model which kind of pisses me off. Even with all the hassle I went through I was offered nothing at the store when I had to get my third console in as many weeks. So I sent a very accurate, but still nice (even though I should've been a dick about it) email to gamestop corporate. So what did they do? Well, instead of actually replying back to me and taking at least some responsibility for the lack of quality (testing) of their shitty refurbished models, they had an employee from the store I go to (and the employees are all great it's not their fault they get janky ass shit to sell) call and offer me $25 in store credit.

It's better than nothing I guess, but I probably spent 10+ hours just on game installs and updates alone, and don't get me started on the dozens of gameplay hours I lost to copy-protected saves.
