Rory;s such a legend, arriving late like that, eating a energy bar and getting straight to it with no practise. Easily one the best Ryder Cup's ever, so tense and moving at the end.

I don't want to talk about it...

Though I do remember that 99 match so I guess it's payback.

Alright I think I got all the info I needed. It'll probably be a while before I sign up (I need to buy a new 360), but now I know that it would be smarter to just get the full year and keep it active instead of just getting the 3 month if I see a game I want for free. Again thanks for the info everyone.

@liste3r_fi3nd: ps+ pays for itself(multiple times) with the discounts and the free games.

EDIT: and yes you have to keep paying to play the free games but again it pays for itself.

I'm pretty sure it's the same, but just to be sure does that also count for the PSN games that are free?

That's what I figured, but a lot of the discounts alone seem worth it. Thanks for the info everyone.

At some point I'm probably going to sign up, but I'm curious about how the free game thing works.

The one month there were like 3 (or more) free retail games. Can you only play these if your keep your membership? Because it seems too good to be true that you could buy a month of plus and get 3 or more retail games for free.

Damn no golf fans here I guess.

Is it just me or does Zach Johnson look just like Joaquin Phoenix? And Ian Poulter looks kind of like Jeremy Renner?

I understand that argument, but for someone like me or my friends who are relatively hardcore gamers the ads mean nothing. Purchasing a game is based off of pre-launch coverage and reviews. I'm not exactly sure that the casual market crowd (who doesn't follow gaming sites or publications) is going to pay $15 (or any money) to purchase a game based on an ad. Though I am sure that it would be more than 0% of those people which would still help sales.

@Scheds: PS1 discs work in any PS3.

Yeah I've actually been playing Star Ocean: The Second Story on my PS3. It wouldn't be worth it to find it on disc anyway, but the discs do work on PS3 (I haven't tried any other PS1 games besides RE2). I think you can get the game on PSN. I'm only about 15 hours in, but it seems pretty awesome so far.

Well, I do prefer to be paid more than $2.50 an hour....
