Yup. It was one of the reasons I bought a PS3 (the other being MGS4). I'm a little ticked, since I'll probably get the 360 version for achievements, but at least VS is still exclusive to the PS3, so I'll have something to use my PS3 for besides a blu-ray player.
If you've enjoyed previous Final Fantasy games, then this game is definitely for you. Though this is a Mistwalker Studios game, they all worked in Final Fantasy games, so it has a similar feel to it. The story and characters are intriguing, and the gameplay is rather fun. If you need something to get you through the summer game drought, then this will definitely quench your thirst.
For me it's a toss up between Bioshock and Mass Effect. Two very different game styles that both manage to draw the player in, and tell an absolutely amazing story.
If we can count XBox originals, then I'll add Psychonauts and Indigo Prophecy to the list, as they're both great for different reasons.
I'm definitely going to get it when it comes out. It took a while to get used to the controls, and I'm still not sold on the camera, but overall it was a fun dungeon crawler, and I can't wait to load up on random loot!
Plain and simple: for the editors. If Jeff, Ryan, Brad and Vinny were operating a site about goat herding, I'd probably be posting in those forums right now.
Not an exclusive, but Rock Band. I try to drum at least an hour everyday, and it never gets old. If we're speaking strictly exclusives, then Mass Effect. I've loved everything that Bioware has ever done, and they didn't disappoint with this RPG. Many have put down the gameplay, but after 4 playthroughs I still love the game, and am contemplating another playthrough as I type this.
Dark Knight was so unbelievably good! I got to see it at a special screening last Wednesday, 2 days before its wide release, which amped up the excitement, but even so, it was hands down the best movie of the year so far.
