I also had this problem for quite a while, but after re-synching six times during the last month or so, it finally worked. Last time I synched was a week ago (from this post), and now it updates just fine. So I guess you have to just re-synch till it works again? :S

I've had this problem way too many times with many of my battery packs. I've had to return two of them to the store. :C
