been playing it for bout a month bought the Ultimate Edition and have spent the last 3 days trying to beat that damn Harvester on Hard for the 1 last achievement i needed to S-Rank. finally got it took maybe just over 5 minutes after many retries. talk about luck Jerrick and his pet was somehow able to stay alive thru it all
i can now delete this off my xbox hdd and try to finish Oblivion or last 50 events in Forza 3 i need for S-Ranks or i can try Lost Odyssey for the 1st time
So when Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim was announced I got the sudden itch to play Oblivion again. I did buy the game when it released for PC but I had since misplaced it somewhere and have not been able to find it still to this day. I have since bought the Oblivion GOTY Edition for the 360 off Ebay. The 1st time I played Oblivion I honestly didnt know what I was doing, only did a few Main Quest and just screwed around GTA-Style.
This go around I am gonna see this game to the end. I have rolled a Nord Spellsword. Honestly I'll admit I dont know much about most classes but im liking it so far up to lvl 6. I am glad to hear they had made the leveling much better as I didnt like having to go to sleep to actually get a level.
in all I cant wait already got my request for vacation the week after Skyrim is released, so i can play me some Skyrim and hopefully some Forza Motorsport 4 as long as neither get Delayed for any which reason.
Rage on the other hand will prob be awhile most likely a used buy or a later edition with all the DLC if it happens as im gonna go over my budget buying what ever the Collect Editions for Skyrim and Forza 4 end up being
well since i had ordered Assassins Creed Brotherhood, COD:BLOPS, Dirt 2 and Borderlands GOTY last week as part of my End of the year poor man gamer buys for 2010. I figured i should know the story leading up to Brotherhood so i went and picked up AC1 & AC2 today along wit Tropico 3 so i could take advantage of the Buy 2 Get 1 free deals they got goin. cant wait to just into the assassin creed U-Verse.
For me Forza Motorsport 3 and Modern Warfare 2 are the "must-own" games on my list i should say for all of 2009. i had to tighten my belt up pretty tight just to have them both pre-ordered. they are also the 2 only games that i have purchased this year. being a pretty big fan of racing games, Forza 3 was a no brainer for me.
sure there was many other racers that came out this year but none offered the kind of experiences(car and track variety, online community and the clan i race wit 2old4Forza) you would get from a Forza game. i have gone thru 2 - forza 2 disc i played it so much. i would have loved to have got DiRT 2 but just wasnt in my budget this year. maybe ill be able to find it in a few months for cheap.
