Wow, the game is not shitty. It may be a shallow game that could have used a lot of spit and polish, but not it's not shit. Take it for what it is, the gaming equivalent of a summer blockbuster. Its not going to revolutionize the way you look at games, but it may keep you entertained for a couple days. I would say this game is a huge candidate for rental.

I see a lot of the problems with the number scale in this thread. I think it does breed an environment where anything lower than an 80 is perceived as utter shit. The star system (with NO half stars) utilized by GB is the best way to do things in my opinion. It gives a vague idea of the quality and forces people to READ reviews instead of skimming over a number on Metacritic. Sorry to change topics by the way.
