The chaos and fun of Saints Row is fully intact in the underworld, but a new setting can only go so far.
Dimensions recaptures enough of Geometry Wars' thrills to stand as the best new dual-joystick shooter in quite a while.
The little mushroom man finally gets his name on the marquee, and the result is a charming, unique, and puzzle-heavy adventure.
Wow that's a much bigger audience there than I expected. Also good to see Drew up there!
Goddamn Jeff is a master of voices. He can do an entire bombcast with just him doing multiple characters and I'd listen to the entire thing.
This UPF was so full of salt it should come with a warning label.
Holy shit, I couldn't deal with Kermit the frog Neil Young. Couldn't stop laughing for five minutes straight. I would pay Dan to cover whole songs in that voice.
Best UPF in a long time. I love Will and Dave - they should really hang out around the GB guys some more. It's also so very good to have the GBEast guys over too. It's like the whole Whiskey Media crew is back together :')
Dan is great, Dan's dad is great, Danny is great. This is the great triangle someone should base a new religion on.
Dan, Dan's Dad, n Danny: the new Ed, Edd, n Eddy.
Whoever made their name KILLANITA is a dick.
I'm also really disappointed in the shitheap who named himself KILLANITA. Really thought this community was above that.
Yeah seriously that guy is a dick and I cringed whenever his name came up on the screen.
A few minutes in and this looks awesome.
Sounds of Brad's button mashing in combat are driving me nuts though. Are XBOne controllers especially loud or something?
I believe this is the PS4 version, not the Xbox One.
Lol at all the people complaining that taking the shield away will make this an easier, more "hack n slash" game. DS combat was most effective using rolling and planned, single attacks, which seems to be what was happening in this video. Having a shield let you lame things out and cheese through most battles. Taking it away will encourage a more "offense is the best defense" approach, which was always the best way to play melee in previous Souls games.
You couldn't be more wrong about the shields. Shields in the DS series wasn't a guaranteed "cheese things out" method, as there were tons of things to take into account, like stability, stamina, damage blocked, magic blocked, parrying, kicking, etc. Shields are just as viable a strategy as rolling and dodging.
How the hell do Americans spell pyjamas if they don't spell it pyjamas?
Pajamas AKA the right way ;)
