You can never be sure as to what people would call 'plagiarism.' If you copy something from another source, whether it be a list of facts or something else entirely, either say 'Some portions have been quoted from other sites' or change the wording. In my opinion, if you plagiarize, change the words a bit and no one catches you; it's fine. Just be careful ;)
