Woe to those that possess these names. Some of them are actually cool, some of them couldn't be farther from.

Liquid Snake. That's one of the worst freaking names I've ever heard. No offense. How would you like to be called Liquid Snake? Didn't think so.

Solid Snake. Once again with the name. Sorry dude, your name is terrible and I would never want it. I have nothing against the characters, or the game, but these names are horrible. Now all we need is Gas Snake.

To me, this guy will always be Dr. Robotnik. I know he is also called "Eggman" which is the main reason he's on this list. Why would he be called Eggman? Was somebody tripped out and listing to the Beatles? Anyways, who would want the name Robotnik either? After being named that, I suppose he didn't have many options in life.

I don't care how bad you are, the name Geese is just too much. How can I take you seriously? Good thing I don't have to, I'll just enjoy him for the hilarious freak he is.

Squall is a really cool guy, but no matter how you look at it, Squall is not a good name. "Squall" can mean "scream" or "cry". Admittedly, it can also mean "a sudden commotion" or "a sudden gust of wind", but I tend to think of crying. No wonder he changed his name to Leon in Kingdom Hearts.
