Absolutely, and I don't watch -- but do you really think a supposed industry professional can act like this, even outside a business meeting, and not potentially have to face consequences from their higher-ups? I know I'd go "THIS guy is going to be in charge of our product? I think not".
Except that's not really how business works? Their ability to relax and hang out is probably half the reason they are able to convince people to give them money in the first place, being able to put people at ease and just get drunk together at parties is honestly an extremely useful business skill.
Higher ups don't like it if you get drunk and start shit-talking their business on camera or otherwise make them look bad, that's not what they are doing though. If anything the goofing they're doing in this video just reinforces a pre-existing persona and brand. Their financiers are giving them money because they are weird funny goofballs, empty suits are a dime a dozen, weird creative people that are willing to take risks and are confident enough to get up on camera and goof around are rare.
tldr: Their higher-ups almost certainly know exactly the type of people these guys are and fund them because of it not despite it.
