Games I have started but haven't finished (and might not ever).

List items

  • It was fun . . . and then summer happened.

  • I still play this on occasion, but I can't imagine I will ever make it all the way through.

  • I got off the river boat and never got back on.

  • This was fun. I might go back to it and play with my (unborn) kid someday. But for now there are zombies to shoot with shotguns.

  • Yeah, I just got bored with this game. I think the last thing I did was use a jet pack to fly through some tunnels while avoiding a mecha-spider. Or maybe I was the spider.

  • This is because my gaming PC was shit. As a console gamer I was frustrated with the speed of an FPS on controls that I sucked at. Headcrabs and playing late at night didn't help either. I hope to go back to this one someday, but I say that often.

  • Jeff gave this game 5 stars. Apparently I require 6 stars to finish a game? This was fun, but I put it down for some reason and never looked back. Maybe I'll push for an S rank at some point.

  • This game is too hard for me. Really. It hurts my soul to play it and be faced with my failure as a blue-clad savior over and over and over again. This is also another game Jeff gave a 5 star review to that I didn't finish. Maybe I hate Jeff?

  • This one really hurts. I suppose I might go back at some point . . . once steam comes out on MAC, but I can easily see never getting back to it.

  • Yeah, I'm not sad about this one. I can't remember if it was an early PS2 title, but I really didn't like this game.

  • This makes me sad . . . but I don't have the time or the patience.

  • This was kind of fun . . . but when I start up my DS it is hard to commit to an old school game when there is picross right there.

  • I know this is one of the best games ever. But I missed most of the SNES era and when I tried to go back and play it on the DS I found myself easily frustrated.

  • I got this on the cheap and decided to give it a whirl. I guess it is not bad, and I knew that it was going to be a different experience for me. But just after that I got some other games that consumed my time and now I don't know if I'll go back.

  • Stupid Wii is broken. I don't love my Wii, but I want it fixed just long enough to finish this game.

  • This game went almost straight onto this list. Maybe it was just coming off of Halo:Reach, but I found the fighting overbearing. Lots of shit on the screen, and most of it distracting me from the bad guys. I think I've got a copy of Badlands I should get off my backlog first.

  • I started this in good faith, hoping that I could muster a "chapter" a night. But the controls made it tough and eventually I started Borderlands instead.

  • This makes me sad. Hopefully I'll get back to this soon.

  • Man I hope that I can make some progress in this some day, but history isn't on my side when it comes to RPGs that I stop playing for a while and try to pick back up.
