Not many action games boast soundtracks as bombastic as Jet Force Gemini. It has a fun, explosive vibe to it that makes it constantly entertaining, and perhaps no song represents this as well as the main theme.

After a super brief and quiet intro (which is where the logos are shown in the game), the Jet Force Gemini Main Theme erupts into a glorious barrage of blaring trumpets. There’s nothing complicated about it; this is all about pure action fanfare, and it executes with an infectiously high level of energy. It doesn’t really change for the rest of the song either. It cycles through a few slightly different rhythms only to end up back where it started, and the trumpets and drums take center stage for the vast majority of it. While it may be an incredibly simple song, not many action games deliver a main theme with this much aplomb. It’s just always great to see a pure action game get an equally exciting pure action theme to go along with it, and I find it to be a very fun and enjoyable one as a result. That’s really all I have to say, I just wanted to highlight the Jet Force Gemini Main Theme for being awesome.
