You can go back atleast by 3 skills and 15 stat points once you reach past Level 10

I know this may not be PS2/3 related but Rainbow Six 3 on the original Xbox if you used a microphone in singleplayer your squadmates would follow your orders.

Blackrock Depths was considered a raid at the time,Stratholme was a 10 man raid as well.

I know alot of Fallout 3 fans will say the game has better level design and atmosphere but i'm sorry,Fallout 1 does it way better in both situations. So if you want an exploration game play Fallout 1,if you want a game with good writing and plenty of quests try out Fallout 2 or New Vegas.

Their chickens are always soggy to me.

@Jrad: True that, I had no idea what was going on. It was jumping EVERYWHERE and the plot made no sense. It sucks too I feel like it was wasted potential.
