@Knave: Glad to see you have similar taste to me. I've watched NHK,Kaiji,Akagi,Gungrave,currently reading Berserk and i've watched Chaos;Head but never heard of Steins;Gate and had no idea Hellsing Ultimate existed. Thanks a lot. I've had tough times trying to find stuff like this due to a certain image board hating non-moe.

@Knave: None at all,but I know at this day and age of anime that's impossible to escape so like as little as possible is what i'm trying to say. It's really difficult to track down stuff that isn't.

Also thanks for the recommendation of Sword Art Online,enjoyed the first episode.

@Knave is there anything else between 2008-2012 you'd recommend? Like the middleground of moe i'm looking for is something like Speed Grapher atleast.

Is there any recent anime I should watch that has a middleground between the moe & action? So far all of the summer & fall lineup looks to me is nothing but cute girls doing cute things. Only anime i've watched recently is Akagi & Kaiji,i'm hyped for Jojo's Bizarre Adventure anime though.
