So, am I the only one who thinks that the graphics are worse in then in Resident evil 5? I gotta say this doesn't feel like a game that over 600 people is working on, or maybe that's the problem? Too many cooks.

No, I thought the same thing. The visuals were rough in some areas. Is the game not being made up to the same standards, is because its a demo, or we have gotten to the point in the console cycle where we are too jaded by Uncharted level graphics?

I agree with both of you. With knowing the game was made by a team of 600 people and a huge investment of Capcom, the game looks kinda bad on demo. The texture look very low res. It looks really bad on Chris. Maybe it's daytime. It really show how poor the texture really are. I also dislike the zoom in and out blurring effect for depth of field. It looks bad and cheap, not realistic enough. They should have kept using the RE5 version of MT framework engine. It looks sharp and perform well.

I too, love the controls of RE5 and am not a fan of the old resident evils. I think the current controls, camera, gameplay, aiming, AI are all much, much worse than in RE5.

They are. I loaded up RE5 earlier because I just couldn't quite put my finger on what was so different about controlling the characters in RE6. (other than moving and shooting) They are much swimmier in 6, and it feels far more like any lower tier third person shooter to control. It seems like the camera is always trying to catch up with the character.

Although RE5 was an lack luster RE game in the series, I truly love the control. It feels great. I don't like the way RE4HD tank control scheme on Xbox. Without using the right analog stick to aim, I can't really enjoy RE4HD version. And RE6's control scheme are similar to RE5. But the camera is too floaty. I tried to lower down the sensitivity on camera setting. It feels better. It needs to improved on the retail version. The Cover system is bad too. It needed you to hold down the left trigger and press A. It's too much button for the covering. The dodge is non sense by click the left analog stick. It's so inconvenience.

My Ideal button placement should be. Just press "A" for cover and dodge like gears. Press "X" for reload and interact object.

Although this is a demo, I don't felt like getting it on Day 1. Maybe I should wait until review and become cheap and on PC.

Man, My advice for you, Treat her (Claire) as a human being instead of "girl".

In my past, I met these females in my life (not serious dating). I felt like, I read too much into it and think too much about her. It led me into a very bad situation. Now, we did not even contact each other. Life lesson told me one thing, girl is human too. I understand that you want to find the right person. But ask yourself, why you want to date her? It's get to know her. When you get to know her, she might not be the person who you think she is.

Life is not just about girl. When you are being who you are and listen to her "just be a friend first, then we'll see", you will feel better.

Love is a two way street, my friend. Sometime, honesty isn't everything a woman what. Treat her like a friend or co-worker, she might appreciate you more. In the same time, keep yourself open to other girl. You might not who comes along.

About your creepy friend, you should never mention about girl with him anymore. It only make matter worst.

Yeah, I felt sorry for you guys. I bought the collector edition. I really like the beta and it's one of the biggest PC of the year. It's kinda worth. However, the launching service is horrible. One thing strikes me the most is Blizzard have a lot of experience running WOW. I did not really expect that.

One thing, it stops me playing the game is the micro stuttering problem and lag. Many people in the community has it. I think they are busy fixing the server. Just wait a little and hope for the best.

For some reason, The new guy's cloth looks like Nemesis (Human form). From the trailer, you can see he is injecting something to himself. I think he is struggling not turning himself to another Nemesis. I remember there is an old Resident Evil game which can let you play as a character in a time limit before he turns into Nemesis. I could be wrong tho. So don't be hate-in'.

Hello to Giantbomb community:

Before you read this brief review, I understand that a Demo of the game should not be review because it is not a final product. But I wanted to do a test review. It's my first time. And I felt like I have something to say about this particular demo.

Asura's Wrath is a Japanese game that developed by CyberConnect2 and Capcom. Why they call themselves CyberConnect2? Maybe there is another team called CyberConnect1. The first time I heard about this game is actually from TGS back in 2010. The impression the demo gave me is God of War in Japanese style. A guy who beating up the gods.

Today, I downloaded the playable demo from XBL to check out what this game is all about. One word I can say is, BAD.

The demo itself has a very strong element of Quick time event all over it. It separates into 2 chapters for you play or may I say try out. The first one is basically the exact same demo you saw from TGS 2010. The second is something new.

Now about the game, the camera is being fixed. All you can do is attack and move the guy you control around within this fixed camera view. It shows you what you needed to see. That part I do not have any problems with it. But the action is so fast. It kinda made you felt like you are loosing control a bit in the game. By only pressing the button the screen show you to play the game, it's not very exciting. What you do is the build the character's RAGE power to max and make a powerful attack for move on the scene. Also. the color scheme of cut- scene seemed a little washout. It could be the lastest Dashboard problem.

The second chapter of the demo is a little different. This time you can move around in the stage. But it is nothing interesting to see. Basically, it one vs one battle. You can attack, jump, dodge, etc. The actions are limited. Same as the first chapter. It's no fun to play. But it has these over the top sequence that make you felt like, WTF?

The style of the game is like an animated TV show. For those who never really see a Japanese animated show. It has a break in the middle of the chapter. That's why you see a slide show in the middle of chapter of a demo. I really don't understand why they did it. It kinda unnecessary. About the graphic, I was very disappointed with it. The landscape have very bland texture. The texture is like last generation ugly. It's very bad. But the character itself is just barely okay to get pass it. Since the game has kinda bad graphic, the load time is lightly fast. It's one of the positive point of this demo.

I really hope that the game will not release this year. Based on this demo, Capcom should bring the game back to the developer and fix the weak points. The fact is the demo itself has a lot of weak points. It is just sad.

Once again, This is a demo. Maybe the final product will be much better than the demo. May the best luck be with you Capcom and Cyberconnect2.

Thank you for reading,
