Man, I'm really sorry to hear about that @animasta. I lost one of my cats in early December. She was 17 years old. That came as a huge shock because, compared to her much weaker sister who is still alive at 18, she was always the lively one. Then on May 14th, the universe piled on and took my dog, Kirby, from me at 14. That absolutely destroyed me because Kirby was my first dog and she was MY dog. I'm sorry you had to go through something similar as, even though it's inevitable with pets, I wouldn't wish such things on anyone. Stay strong.
@rongalaxy: Yeah I know! Total bullshit. Why cops aren't required to have cameras on them at all times is bullshit. They can monitor us, but we can't monitor them.
What do you mean? People can and do have their own dash cams and personal video recorders and record police all the time, and the Supreme Court decided less than two years ago that people cannot be prevented from, or prosecuted for, filming the police in public. It's protected by the First Amendment.
Yep. Sadly, if the reporters in Ferguson are to be believe, however, it doesn't seem like these cops care much about the right to record. I heard some city in California made it mandatory for cops to have video cameras attached to their shirts at all times and it drastically reduced violence and complaints. I think that should be a requirement nationwide.
I bought a Wii U about a month ago. With it, I bought Mario Kart 8, Wind Waker HD and Super Mario 3D World. I also got New Super Mario Bros U with the console but...since I have 3D World, I haven't even opened it. Am I really missing anything if I already have the clearly superior Mario experience?
I'm definitely getting Unity. I probably won't get the other one. A large part of how I am able to play the big AC game every year without feeling like it's getting tired or old is that I only play one a year, and it's exactly the amount of Assassin's Creed that I need for the year. Two games will be overload.
Never mind the fact that I would like to never buy a PS3/360 game ever again, and just move on.
I'm just going to quote this instead of just rephrase it in my own dumb words.
AC is one of my favorite series but one game a year is just enough for me to not get bored of it and, although I do like the idea of finally being able to play as a Templar, I don't want to get my 360 out of the closet and I think the French Revolution is a more interesting setting. Unity it is!
