Not quite sure what to make of this post but what the hey i'll bite; I pretty much sure all new Hardware finds it hard to sell within the first few months as consumers we are trained to wait, hold off that little bit longer just to sweeten the deal, the Nintendo 3DS's dramatic price drop come to mind!. But don't worry the PSV will find its feet, sony are paying millions to people just to think this shit up and i'm pretty sure they have more insite than you and i. My opinion is that that the PSV will stall because of software in the long term just like the PSP, who really wanted to be playig Peace Walker on the PSP? cosole port is where its at.

The PSV is just having a post launch lull. It isn't dead in the water and it isn't going to fail. Once a body of good games is available and the price has dropped, it will pick up. Not that I am interested in getting one for at least a couple of years, but messages of doom are a little tiring. You need to broaden your perspective a little. I heard the same thing said about the PS3 over and over as well and that turned out to be fine.

These numbers mean nothing in the long term life of a console. How many times have consoles sold record breaking numbers on launch days just to flop and how many times have we seen consoles have slow starts and then rebound.

Frankly anyone taking delight in a console of any kind not doing gangbusters must have something wrong with them. As a gamer I want all consoles to do well because it provides another platform for all those surprising little gems that otherwise would never see the light of day.

Im gonna get one, looking forward to FFX\XII on it.

I find the guys blatant joy of the numbers to be despicable. I don't intend on owning a PSV, but I did own a PSP and found it useless at times, but come on, is this guy for real?

You get fucking lost, the damned PSVita is only out in one region. It hasn't been out for long, and hasn't had a chance to really prove itself. Besides, the Vita has a number of games worth looking at, whereas the 3DS has Super Street Fighter, Resident Evil, and the samey shit that Nintendo still makes.

And here's some facts for you: The 3DS had the earliest price drop of any console pretty much ever, and Nintendo's president had to take a pay cut because the company fucked up.

Wait until Monster Hunter comes out on it then see.
