To quote Yahtzee Croshaw this game is a "virtual laxative". It is scary tense and you actually feel the rush when you encounter these monsters, thats why Amnesia is my number 1 indie game of the year

What can I say this was the indie darling of the year. Its sold over 865011 copies and it's only in BETA. It also was made by one dude and with its awesome trixel style it's hard not to put minecraft on this list

I put over 100 hours into the first one and adding a whole new faction and multiplayer totally justified buying Warband (If you want the best multiplayer experience make sure to get c-rpg mod) It maybe confusing at first but the deep melee and horse combat are simply awesome
