@sweep: I'm sure they we're trying to be "cheeky" in their advertising through quotes within the media as you've pointed out.

But, just wow... that super group bit is just insulting enough to kill interest for me. I know they didn't "say" it themselves but that just seems needlessly insulting and that's not mentioning how "Click-bait" the other claims are.

Something about those quotes and the lack of information just rubs the wrong way. Hopefully it's not a bait and switch but hey, the gaming community has been fooled before and will let itself be fooled again.

I'm just curious what happened to this title. If I remember correctly they announced this as a timed release early last year and after it was released on PS4 I remember the site mentioning that they were working on it and it was slated for late 2015. Well, it being 2016, I've gone to their site and can't seem to find anything on any progress on a PC release?

Now, I don't have the most positive opinion about Metanet considering their output since N and how they squandered the momentum the game had the first time around. Considering if you go to the site now and most links just go to a N++ Tumblr page.

I enjoyed N+ and after hearing that this was announced how long ago, I just want to enjoy N+ again. So anyone have any clue what's going on?

@liquiddragon: Great choice! I've bought the PC version (Ebay) a few times in the past but sadly two were bootlegged and the third was just the PS2 game image and an emulator on a dvd..

Shame about the controller but still have fun.

@liquiddragon: Just play the game however you want. Some people get too stuck beating games on "Proper" difficulty settings but, if the developers didn't want people playing on easy. Then they wouldn't add the option.

Also if you get stuck, just look it up online because some of the things may not have aged well since it was a PS2 game. So, times have changed and all that. Just hope you enjoy the game.

I am curious which version of Silent Hill 2 you are playing. The Original or the ps3/360 re-release?

@arabes: Yep, I'm a new member of the club. I went 29 years finishing whatever book I was given, bought, or pawned off of and I still regret starting Steve Harveys' Act Like a Success(Christmas girt from a person who knows I like stand up comedy. I don't forgive them).

Within an hour of reading, it rang off countless alarms.. "To get the most experience out of this -brainwashing- book get AT LEAST FOUR friends to purchase this book as well! Yay Me!", "Have I mentioned for the fifth time how any other comedian especially Cedric the Entertainer or any other fellow headliner is shit?", and "Understanding the Make up of You!" where we immediately dissolve in misogyny... This being from the exact same idiot who ""Wrote"Act Like a Lady, Think Like a Man and Straight Talk, No Chaser".

Only knew a bit of Steve Harveys' material before this book but after "God Blesses You to Become a Blesser" chapter and all the complaints, hate, and elitism this man spews in this book... I was less then a dozen pages away too. Fuck this supposed comedian.

That Being said, Chuck Klosterman's "I Wear the Black Hat" is a fascinating read and I'd highly suggest it for anyone.

Now, I have a friend who is a major Payday fan and to be fair, from what I've seen Payday seems really cool. That being said, anyone know the story behind this merge? We've not been able to think of a reason. Granted, he's a payday fan who's confused with the addition of goat simulator and I find the reasoning a bit more... dark?

I would get further into my personal feelings of goat simulator but I'm more curious on what people who are more knowledgeable about the situation?

Granted, the last year has been a hard scenario for my phones... I'd stick with a case. A year ago today, I would have said other wise but, I cracked 2 screens on 2 brand new phones. Galaxy 4 and 5 respectively(no case) but I had a Galaxy 3 for 5 years without a case in and out of warehouses and never a crack and minor scratches.

I've had a Galaxy 6 in a case and it has survived so far. Even survived a friend getting sick on it... Still makes me cringe slightly when I answer.

@dasakamov: Okay, to be fair, this is an issue I hold with all science fiction across all media. Not just with games. Also, just because something is similiar to a human in shape, does not mean I wouldn't I have an emotional reaction. Look at how plentiful the zombie genre or really any fps is for that that type. Humans are terrible, sorry to inform you. I could go on a sidetangent on why a race that subjugates another wouldn't care about pleasing aesthetics of it's culture. Mainly history for example.

So, in short, I may not care for it. But, what I like in Alien design and what you may are obviously different. But, hey! I'm just an armchair developing when I also hold this disappointment to just about any alien design in general. Kinda what this was discussion was about.
