Glad to see so many people here mentioning Pacman DX.  I've heard from so many people who usually don't care about "competing" that they actually understood the rush of going for high scores for the first time.  I love that it was such a success in that aspect.  Now I just wish we had some better marketing for stuff like that and Super Meat Boy so the majority of the 360/PS3 communities were playing :)

Picked up Zeit2 for XBLA today and got the first 200/200 as well as #1 on all the leaderboards :)  I'm offline now to go to class and stuff so I'm sure many of them are falling, but last I checked I'm the only one to even COMPLETE many of the levels, heh.

" I've never been #1 on any high score leader boards but I have been at the top of ladders in a couple different games and been the best performer in top level clan battles.  It seems like most games with High Score features don't get the same competitive drive out of me. "
What games have you competed in?  I love ladders/clan matches too :)

" Thanks to my wife's efforts my gamertag is in the top 200 or so for Pac-Man CEDX overall and in the top 50 or so on certain game boards/modes. "
Good stuff :)  Gotta love girlfriend/wife help!

" Also, I was in the blops PS3 Prestige TDM leaderboards at ~41,000 out of ~110,000 last time I played. I think that was weekly, but it might have been all-time. I also might be misremembering, and it might have been overall leaderboards.   "

Default leaderboards will display weekly so it may have been that.  You have to manually sort over to overall to get it to show up instead of the weekly ones.  And it was most likely TDM, as there is no overall leaderboard.  They decided to make the change to ONLY playlists to avoid people getting an advantage for playing higher scoring gametypes (for example, if you look at the average spm for SnD or HQ compared to something like TDM, where there are no objective bonuses factored in). "
When I said overalll, I meant as in not the Prestige ones that you buy into. I know for sure that it was TDM, I'm just not sure as to whether it was TDM Weekly in general, TDM Weekly Prestige, or TDM All-Time Prestige. I should have made that clearer.  EDIT: and I don't know the time slot because I checked both  weekly and for all-time, but I can't remember which one I had that rank for. "
Ah okay, gotcha.  On a related note, I'm glad they added in the prestige leaderboards.  Love em ^_^

" As far as I can remember I was #18 on one of the Boom Boom Rocket leaderboards at one point. You'd be surprised how many people played that game. "
I wouldn't be surprised :)  Peaked at #9 in that game, an endurance run on a DLC song.  Overall I wasn't all that great at the game but I could hold my own in endurance.  Much prefer Dance: It's Your Stage to it (a low selling XBLA rhythm game as well - but this one controlled with your dual joysticks instead of buttons - much more accurate) but fantastic game no doubt.

" I used to be in the top 3,000 in runescape...? Don't judge me! "
No judging in this thread buddy <3  It's all love up in here.  Used to play myself, but being my first online game, I didn't really keep up on my rankings or anything.  Was around level 100 when I stopped, so I have had a decent rank at that point I suppose.

Without a doubt man.  It's real tricky to keep up a great score per minute with no teammates backing you up or taking your fire at all.  And stopping for even a minute will just tank your efficiency!
