My GOTY for 2012. I will do a Game Dev excuse and say I have yet to get round to any Mass Effect, Assasins Creed or Farcry games. So they wont be on the list. I also did not play Forza Horizon but I can tell you if I had it would be on the list.

Planetside 1 IS my all time favourite game. They have done a good job with PS2. I would still rather be playing 1 with a high population but PS2 is certainly a good game and I can understand the changes to appeal to the masses.
Only started this last night (29th Dec) and already having more fun from the get go than any other game this year. Best soundtrack, sorry Hotline Miami.
Yes, I named by ship Serenity every damn time. This was one of the most flavourfull (real world? Spelt wrong!?)experiences I have ever had with a video game.

I am only half way through Episode 2 and already this is way up my list. If I had finished it before this list it would probably be number 1.
Totally forgot this was released this year. Tribes 2 is my most nostalgic game and one of my all time favs. So I did not think I would get along with TA at all, but I did, it was awesome.
Its more Trials, its awesome.
I am a HUGE Halo fan. I have read all the books, some of them ALOT of times. This was a good Halo, not great, but good. MP was fun for a short time, SP was well made but the story was below par.
I only played the beta, for 40 hours in 2 weeks. But that was a huge amount of fun and I need to revisit it. Still playing more CSS though, god damn Zombie Escape is awesome.
