Do those rules change if drinks are involved?

I have a very dark sense of humour and I can find extremely offensive jokes funny. But you have to know your audience. You tell the jokes to people who aren't going to take offense. Telling a joke with potential racist connotations on twitter was never a smart move. With added context, and on a late-night satire show, the joke would have blended in seamlessly and there would have been no issues. On twitter, with little context and the potential to be viewed by a much wider audience, it was a terrible idea to post it.

I already own Ni No Kuni and I'm already premiumed up to the eyeballs (and being a mod might disqualify me anyway), but I'll have a guess anyway.

$97.9 million.

Did any sites actually bite on this press release like one or two did with the beefy media facebook games a few years ago?

What time does it happen in UK time? I might watch it if I'm going to be awake. Wrestling is normally good for a laugh. Terrible acting. Dudes punching each other. More terrible acting. Sounds like fun.

The Main show will start 12am UK time and run for 4 hours. There will be 2 pre-show as well as on the WWE network.

@turboman nice post. I have never seen the Undertaker Brock UFC stuff before

Might watch some of it. Probably won't last until 4am. 4 hours of wrasslin' is a lot of wrasslin'.

I was expecting a story about you getting banned on another forum and came here to tell us "fuck those guys." Luckily, sadly that's not the case.

Willkommen!

That's exactly what I was expecting. Then I expected a couple of pages of comments bickering about whether or not that site sucks, whether or not OP was a dick for getting banned from there, and whether or not he's going to end up banned from here. Then I was expecting to lock the thread.

I'm happy I was proved wrong. I shouldn't jump to conclusions so easily, but I've seen that happen so many times before that it's hard not to assume it based on the thread title.

Anyways, welcome to the forums, notnert427. I should probably say something along the lines of "don't break the rules and stuff" along with a link to said rules (they're here, by the way). That seems like a thing a moderator should be saying to new users. But that would be kinda dorky, so I'm just going to talk about how I should be doing it in a failed attempt at being mildly humorous, which also ends up being ten times more dorky than the plain and simple way of conveying that information.

The new FTL update is due out next Thursday. It would be pretty awesome to see him play that.

A big company owning Oculus is probably a good thing ultimately. Without the backing of a major corporation, other VR systems were always going to dominate the public perception of VR. Like Sony. A relatively small, independent company was going to be blown away by big budget competition.

It is weird that it's facebook, but I'll give them the benefit of the doubt until they prove otherwise. They are saying all the right things. If they go on to do what they've promised, it can only be a good thing. That's a big "if", but I'm not going to criticise them when they haven't done anything wrong.
