I hate using the word cool, but what the fuck else are you gonna use? Anyway, I really cant deside who is  the shit  Noel Gallagher or Dave Grohl. Between Oasis, Nirvana and The Foo's, They've been around. And there both fucking class guy's. Here's some Vid's from The Tube to check out what these guys are like behind there music.

Devin Townsend, he might look goofy to some, but he  is a multi talented and highly skilled musician.

  Noel Gallagher definitely he is the greatest genius in music for the last 20 years. He wrote the greatest song of all time: 'Live Forever'. If you listen to that song and aren'e in awe of  it then you have no concept of great music, either that or your deaf, in which case i send you my condolences. 
 
  

This has got to be one of the most idiocy-filled threads of all time: from the thread title containing a misspelling of the word "coolest" to people insisting that if you like Zac Effron you don't know anything about Rock n' Roll, to the fact that NOBODY thusfar has mentioned the name Zach Hill. This guy plays the drums like a well-coordinated monster. And when he lets his hair grow, he looks more Jesus-like than even Frank Zappa. To top it off, he's in my favourite band, Hella.
 
So without tarrying further, here's why Zach Hill kicks all the asses that play him.

I think Dave Grohl is over rated as a musician. Sure, for his type of music he's OK I guess, but when people say he's brilliant and genius, nuh-uh.  And Noel Gallagher is just... meh.

How can I decide? I mean, there are so many. Of course Grohl is pretty "cool", but then there's the classics like Lennon or Mick Jagger and Keith Richards etc.

i think people who refer to themselves as "rockstars" are too full of themselves to be cool. 
 
Also, the word rockstar can cover any form of music that branched from rock, hell even some old blues artists are considered "rockstars" .
