Day[9], as everyone's saying. Psy isn't just informative, he's also very entertaining. If you're looking to learn from the videos primarily, Day[9] is probably the one that will give you most most information. Psy, on the other hand, will show you a lot of Zerg-centric play (for learning how to play or play against Zerg).
SCAudios has some good stuff. You can basically YouTube search any of the big players for some good commentaries: TheLittleOne, WhiteRa, Idra, Huck, etc.
@RE_Player92: I agree with Glen. Game Journalism is extremely stale right now, but it's a problem with all journalism (especially in the entertainment fields). Not to suck up, but this is something I've come to really appreciate about the Whiskey Media sites. WM sites seem more honest and genuine in their coverage and representation. That's my two cents at least.
@jmrwacko: The SC2 community is about on par with any other. There are users in it that demonstrate good behavior and there are trolls. It sounds like you've had a string of bad experiences and it got to you. Worst comes to worst, search forum communities for people to play custom games with. If you want professional attitudes though, enter tournament play.
