I lost my Happy Hour cherry today, and I feel dirty and awful. 
 
Ok seriously... I've never watched a Happy Hour before... but if they have a female, is the chat always that bad??  I mean, I get that Sara Lima is attractive.  But jeezus.  No wonder there are stereotypes about gamers and nerds, people.  The previous segment with the Asian chick wasn't a whole lot better.  (Of course Sara's tube top helped really derail that chat.) 
 
But besides that... holy crap the chat is tough to keep up with sometimes.  I think maybe I'm glad of it though, because if it were easier to keep track of, I might be there too often.  And I already spend far more time than I should messing around on GiantBomb/Screened and not doing work.
 
Also:  What are the odds that the IT department at work would be able to track the streaming activity to my computer?  That's why I don't really ever stream videos.  Concerned about getting in trouble.

Ya gotta bare in mind that this is a FREE Happy Hour...ya know...when they allow all the peasant scum the chance to watch.

I watch the video in fullscreen for the most part so the chat is not an issue. I recommend this approach.

It would help if our mute/ban controls worked more reliably. I try to mute people whenever I see lewd comments, if I can catch them as they scroll by.

I had four chats open. You need to mix it up girl. Giant Bomb, Screened, Tested and Comic Vine were open for business. Nice.

Thats why I ether ignore the chat or use the screened chat. There was a lot of hate going on between screened users and giantbomb users when the giantbomb chat was down and they starting visiting the other chats. Seriously guys were all one big family here.

@wasteguru: Ohh come on , we all know we are just playing as many screened dudes are also GB dudes (myself included)

I had to leave that chat off for most of the show, that thing was too crazy.

We can clean up any inappropriate posts but we can't predict which people are going to act like idiots. If it's a serious problem then i'd recommend using one of the smaller chats like Screened or Tested. They tend to get much smaller crowds and are a lot easier to control.

@RiotBananas: I'm about to make the move too. I don't care for comics but people spit acid on that CV segment for no reason. I'm not sure what's so hard about looking at something else in the meantime instead of being selfish. Oh and those Sara comments really are annoying, I'm starting to question if parts of this community ever saw a female up close. 

So I didnt know that the GB chat was that rude .... I guess I never stayed on GB chat on Happy Hour enough as I must of times end up at screened or CV chats

I normally watch the happy hour on tested or Comicvine because I find the constant complaining and perverted Sarah comments during the comicvine section annoying.

I've used the Comic Vine chat since the Big Live Live Show Live. 
The GB chat is to be frank fucking awful most of the time.

Ya don't bother looking at the chat and if you must go to another one. All the rude little kids hang out on giantbomb chat- it's only going to keep getting worse now that it's streamed from the main page. That's just how it is since gaming appeals to the largest audience.
 
To those asking where the JTV archive is, you wont find it. The JTV page for whiskey media (which is what the happy hour streams on which is why it doesn't have resolution changes- not sure why that's different but it is) is set to private. It doesnt allow you to look at archived streams last I checked.
 
I could be wrong, but I have never been able to do it.
