Like many people have said so far, it all started when Rich left after E3 2007. It was, however, still an entertaining podcast up until Ryan left shortly after Jeff was fired. Once that happened, I gave it a couple more chances until Alex quit, then it was definitely over for me. I unsubscribed that day and was severely upset that I'd never find another podcast like the HotSpot of old, and then Arrow Pointing Down came along and lifted my video-game-podcast-loving spirits.
The Giant Bombcast is really something special, folks.
