Why cant the final boss be like this really sinistar looking martial artist, something along the lines of Lau from Virtua fighter. Why does every boss have to be over the top and silly? couldn't be something more natural? Bison (Vega) was so perfect.. Gill was laughable and so is this guy.

"Smoothing things out would ruin the gameplay" So Jeff, thats pretty much bogus. The game runs on 60frames, as do most older games, and bascially when you are seeing is a set of extreme frames, theres plenty of room to add animation.The REAL truth, is this game was alot more overwelming than a comic book crew can handle. Also add more AutoKata. Which is to use your momentum and transformations for attacks and other avantages. Like banking a 90 degree turn and sticking it by transforming and wall running on the nearby building then back to car form.Also have a juiced up version of the vertical takedown. this time you need to transform before the cars connect, which allows you to ride the victim like a skateboard as ...

I was hooked on SS2 for a long time back in the days when it was in the arcades. Its a nice game thats for sure, and 10 bucks is worth it if it has solid online play.

Great review, shame about the multiplayer. Ironically if Behemoth ditched MP altogether, and gave us some lame excuse. (remember VF4 couldnt be online because it was frame specific?)
