Patrick you rock for continuing to provide the site with content like this. There are so many wonderful indie / small shop games out there I would otherwise be missing.

Wow, I don't know what to say. Best wishes to everyone over at Giantbomb, friends and family. So heartbreaking. Ryan you will be missed by so many.

I'm a sucker for this kind of stuff. Any idea of this is coming out on Steam?

You know it didn't even cross my mind that those triggers aren't analog until I read this post. I think that's great for every type of game, except racing of course. I feel dumb lol.

I wonder if they have some internal mechanism that acts semi-analog when you tap the digital trigger, like an acceleration slider that moves up and down as you press, not just FULL ON or FULL OFF. I feel like developers could implement something like that with some semblance of success.

The really sad thing about this is, that EA will now probably close Maxis, claiming that PC Games don't sell well enough...

That's ridiculous. The whole reason this mess is happening is because of the number of people trying to play vs the capabilities of their server infrastructure.

For #2 do you mean a search-as-you-type sort of thing? I don't actually get that from the mobile site.

iPhone 4S, iOS 6.0.1, not jailbroken. When I open the side nav and press Wiki, the landing page will regularly crash during / after loading. Not always, but more often than not.

Another issue, Wiki pages render with < 100% of the screen width and I can't zoom. This happens in both portrait and landscape.

Also, just curious, what's with the search result ordering? Searching for "uncharted 2" gives 2 pages of results. The Wiki page for the game is the last item in the results, what's up with that?

Using Chrome 24.0.1312.57 on a Win 7 machine, some of the fonts render weird. They're just...aliased I guess.

Not zoomed in or out at all. Don't see that issue with Firefox. Something just funky with the way Chrome renders fonts?

Found a bug while editing this post. Uploaded that image from a URL, won't let me Center it and make it Small. Changing to Small resets the size to Large.

I saw a clip of someone standing around in the latest MoH getting shot by a sniper over and over, regenerating health before death - it would literally go on forever. "Combat authenticity" my ass.
