No. We are not starting the Third Onion War on the forums.

I've been debating on whether or not to pre-order Dark Souls 3, and have been considering the Deluxe Edition (which contains the Season Pass) by extension. It occurred to me that I don't understand the benefits of pre-ordering a season pass that promises content that doesn't exist yet. Will the season pass become more expensive as times goes on? Does it disappear entirely? I was hoping someone might be willing to explain to me the reasoning behind making that decision.

@ajamafalous: Do you know what that service is? My mom does the same thing, and that sounds like a great gift.

How about Portable Ops? Is that skippable or are there valid story beats in that thing?

@efesell: I'll definitely look into that.

@dkessler175: I tried to watch those, but I think Dan is insufferable.

I have never played a Metal Gear Solid game before, but it's something I've always been curious about. Now that the (potentially) final game is out, I'm thinking of starting in on them and playing them all through. My question for you guys is, what order should I play them in? Which versions should I play? Should I play the Metal Gear games beforehand? I should note that my main interest is in the story, more than anything else really.

@thesilenttruth: Well, I've only played for an hour or so (level 7, I think), but it might be fun to roll new characters and just level. I don't know any of the metas or anything about the economy.

I just recently started playing it after I had a hankering for a proper MMO, and I was surprised to find I'm really enjoying it.

Are there any active Tera players in the GB community, and if so, wanna group up and play?

@hh: I love Fire Emblem and play those games religiously, so I'm used to characters dying. It's when they keep dying no matter what I seem to do that I get frustrated. Hence my unhappiness with Darkest Dungeon.

I've been playing Hand of Fate, which is kinda like what I described, and I've been enjoying that a lot. I think The Dealer is probably one of the most interesting characters from any game I've played in a while.

@lawgamer: I've played a bit of Darkest Dungeon. I couldn't really get into it. I felt like most of the "skill" in the game ended up being pure dice rolls, with less of the tactical dice rolling (if that makes any sense) of an XCOM. Though I might just be salty.

@mannymar: Baroque looks like it has the potential to be cripplingly difficult. I might check it out though.

@sparky_buzzsaw: ZHP looks super interesting. That might be the thing to get me to dust of my Vita. I really enjoyed the small amount of Disgaea I played.
