i'm having the exact problem, I also have tried re-installing Google Chrome, as well as Adobe Flash.  Still can't use the buttons in the video player.  Can only start/pause by clicking the video window.  Also, this problem doesn't arise when using Comic Vine, Anime Vice, or Tested

" What annoys me most about game trailers is that most are prerendered. Even those purportedly showing gameplay are sometimes prerendered. I'm guessing there are a significant number of people out there that actually believe games look that good, and base some of their purchasing decision on that.  "
(almost) Entirely pre-rendered, CGI and cartoon/anime for a trailer is as fake as it gets. You can do that for a quick teaser or very early trailer but not when it's supposed to be selling you the game in a more convincing way. If a trailer pulls this dirty trick I always try to look for actual gameplay footage as it always feels to me like they are trying to hide bad visuals or gameplay by going that route. "
I know the CGI parts are fake, but a lot of times the devs disable the HUD for the videos. And then you can't disable it when you buy the game

" I dont have a problem with it  but sometimes games can do an amazing job like Dead Space having all the info on the guns/suit and Ico has nothing at all if I remember rightly. "
YES! Dead Space did a great job with theirs, also Far Cry 2 kept the HUD minimal with fading, and an actual map the character held when you brought it up.

In the gaming industry developers release gameplay vids, trailers, and vidocs to show off their games.  And they almost always show a beautiful scene of the game in action with absolutely no HUD elements, in hope of making it look incredible.  How many of you have fallen in love with the look of a game only to boot it up when it comes out and be bombarded by a HUD with meters, cooldown timers, ammo displays, crosshairs, mini maps, compasses, arrows, distance counters, and Tron/Thief inspired glow effects on items and switches?

My screen becomes cluttered with a bunch of unnecessary displays of information that should at least fade away when not in use or relevant.  Or perhaps do what a few games undergo and provide HUD options in the menus.  I'm grateful for the few games that show tooltips for things during your first moments of play then disappear when you learn the ropes like Left 4 Dead has; yet it still has a pronounced HUD.  I do remember a couple Call of Duty games having the fading HUD when you aren't using it; like when ammo only shows when your clip is low/ you are reloading.

I'm downloading the trial and I started wondering what exactly I get with the trial?  Is it multiplayer access for 7 hours? Or is there some single player as well?

I Love Mondays is more of a professional to do list for work.  I'm thinking more of a what are u gonna do on your free time now that i think about it. "
But should we know everything they like to do in their free time? "
they have the freedom to hold back any info they don't want us to hear
