A level inspired by the feeling you get of deja Vu

954-DJR-XJG

Inspired by stranger things where you cross back and forth between dimensions to get to the end.

I worked pretty hard on both, so I hope you like them!

And the story continues: he contacted them by mail and it seems whoever is on the other side isn't really listenning... claiming he got 50% off BF3 for buying ME3, which is

a. not really part of the problem.

b. not true, since BF3 and other titles are just half off as a part of a spring sale.

more to come as the story unfolds.

I've heard on the PCGamer podcast about this promotion. My brother went to the Mass Effect facebook page, then contacted an EA rep.

The response: http://imgur.com/0bWBR

EA has created such user confusion over the past few years. I remember how much trouble i had to go through to get DLC for ME2, because I created an account through the ME2 main menu, not knowing that it doesn't match to the user you already had. Big pain in the butt.

Anyways, just wanted to share it.

People don't like change. This is not the end of the world. I have faith in the ability of all the duders to make the best out of this thing. My only concern is that "the best of this thing" might not be the reason I came to this site, stayed and paid to keep their stupid shit going.

If all this means that everything stays the same and the guys have more money and freedom to do fun stuff - I'm all for it.

I am worried about a few things though:

1. I don't really know how the membership money changed WM, but I didn't see a very big change. Either there wasn't THAT much money, or they put it to use in places i didn't see.

2. This deal (if i understood it right) will seperate GB from the WM sites framework. This might mean a lot of big changes, and I don't know what will happen to the Wiki, those stupid achievements, these forums and especially the hamburger photoshop thread.

3. As far as I know, no one talked about this, but I don't know if the communities of both sites will merge. On the one hand, this one changed a lot in the last months (and not to my liking, but hey...) and on the other - part of the reason I left GS in 2008 was that all i found was reviews that were all the same, a community i really didn't like, and a lack of any other sort of content that was interesting.

4. Where are they going to put the warlords machine?!

I really hope this turns out for the best. This site has been a large part of my life for the past 5 years now and I'd hate to see it change.

Here's to you giantbombers.

On the podcast, Jeff said the PC version is delayed a couple of weeks, yet in a couple of sites like IGN and of course GiantBomb.com, the PC release date is the same as the console one.

Anyone know what's the deal ? also, what about the European PC release date ?

Thanks Duders.

Yeah. You kind of don't have a choice when you're in the army.

@valrog: On the other hand, this website was programmed in a computer language called Python, and they named that after Monty Python. So, you know... that's awesome!
We C++ programmers just can't accept Java as a real thing. It's in our genes. Python is... Well, Python. I wouldn't mind it if my professor wasn't such a goddamn fanboy (You think fanboys on the Internet are bad? You should see this guy in real life!) so I kind of hate it now.
Dude, your professor is right. Learning Python is like waking up and realizing you've been living in a cave all your life. It's the greatest thing ever.

I haven't picked up Python yet, and probably will in the near future, but Dynamic Typing seems really scary for a guy coming from C++/C#/JAVA.

I have a bigger problem with MK online, that the WB support couldn't solve and now I can barely play offline MK. My game freezes every time I press "Start" (or any other button) in the start menu. I has something to do with the online aspect writing to the save file, because without it, it goes fine, only then I don't have the online key. Super annoying.

Someone needs to develop a phone app that can count the dots on the dice for you when wasted.

hmmm.... that's a good idea. It doesn't sounds hard at all even. Use the camera to view the dice, some image processing to get the number on each die, sum and Bam !

I might give it a shot.
