Not a documentary but Tim Rogers Action Button reviews are designed to essentially be a miniseries of reviews for the game in question. They're not for everyone granted.

Seconded. They are super interesting even if the game covered isn't something you're interested in.

Torment: Tides Of Numenera - Not the type of game anyone of them have time for anymore, (outside Rorie). It was great.

Life is Strange: Before the storm - there's a chance Abby might mention it, but it's slim.

1) NieR: Automata

2) Yakuza 0

3) Persona 5

4) Zelda: Botw

5) Horizon Zero Dawn *

*I'm 60% done with Torment Tides of Numenera and unless it completely goes to shit in the last half, it's going to knock off Horizon Zero Dawn

I see this on the same level as P4A / P4D to Persona 4. Quasi-canonical fan service that I'm going to buy and enjoy as something to hold me over till LiS 2 comes out and is hopefully something entirely new. It being only 3 episode long and developed outside of Dontnod seems interesting. Maybe they'll take some risks and we could get something cool. Otherwise, kind of cool to see that LiS did well enough to garner both a sequel and a prequel, even if it is a little bit overkill.

Between this and the Nier spoilercast over on waypoint, I've definitely been refreshing websites every 10 to 15 mins...

I hope this happens. A video series on the Yakuza games from the GBeast folks would be awesome. Between Dan's talk about this and the trailers for Yakuza 6 from TGS, I got a little excited and made this pic as a sort of wish for this to happen.

How2Wrestling is great. Premise: Long time wrestling fan introducing his girlfriend to wrestling topic by topic. It's very entertaining hearing someone who is new to wrestling fandom react to all the dumb stuff I take for granted as someone who's watch for the last 2 decades.

Yakuza 5

Please play Yakuza 5. You don't need to know any of the other games to jump in really and it's extremely good. Although it does start a little slow maybe I DUNNO JUST PLAY IT

What the hell, I'll second Yakuza 5.

After yesterday's Beastcast, I'm guessing Fallout 4 is probably under the 'The very likely' category. Austin seems pretty high on it, between him and Brad, I'm guessing there will be more than enough support for it to make the list (at least at the bottom). Man I wish the Beast crew would finish Life is Strange in time, but yeah, I agree, that doesn't seem likely now.
