Bioshock Favorite Moments

I have two. The first one was in the dentist office when you find the tonic and the audio recording on the table and when I turned around the splicer was right there in front of me just looking at me, actually made me jump sooooooo creepy. The second one and by far the best one is when you find out the true meaning of "Would You Kindly".

Why did I open this thread when I knew there would be spoilers?
My favorite Bioshock moment will be the day I finally play it.

I thought all of the stuff involving Sander Cohen was pretty excellent. The "Would You Kindly" scene was quite memorable as well. Great game, man. I also really enjoyed the hacking mini game. I led me to hack pretty much everything I could find.

It is same game, it is the console people that isn't used to playing FPSes."
Says the guy who said in his review of Killzone 2 that it's the best FPS ever created. Just pointing out the hypocrisy.

Anyway, my favorite part was probably either that part in the dentist's office, the first time I took down a Big Daddy, or being proven right on the plot twist because I saw it coming from a mile away since System Shock 2 was one of my favorite games ever.

Thiago  - do not say it is overrated, you might not like it, and we can all respect that, but you can't deny it IS an AMAZING game.

Seriously? I love how some folks thought Bioshock was overated.

It was an amazing game, such a well thought out World and quite a thrilling tale it told. I simply loved adventuring around and seeing everything there was. I think your mad to call it overated, it deserved all the credit and awards it got.

My favourite scene is a tough one, I still fondly remember the one scene where I picked up the plasma and when I turned around that doctor was standing right in front of me.... took me by great surprised! though all the Big Daddy battles were brilliant.

What do you do the entire game? You walk through endless dungeons killing Imps... oops, it's some kind of mutants. Yes, the formula is so old that sometimes I confuse myself with Imps or Stroggs. I have a constant Deja Vu feeling throughout the game. Replace the BFG with plasmids, there you go.

What tale did it tell? You would walk around collecting tapes and listening to someone else's rants. It's a FPS, but there's little action and little atmosphere. But despite of the story your only form of interaction is using the trigger.

Bioshock is the same old crap in a nicer packaging.

Dungeon FPS = not good enough in the 21st century

We need either bigger or open environments.

I thought I would hate bioshock because everyone said "if you played System Shock 2, then you will hate bioshock" I don't care for the lack of so called "depth" in conserving every fucking bullet and every fucking hypo spray, I liked System Shock for the same reason I love bioshock, it's the experience and the immersive factor of the game that I love and adore from Kevin Lavine.

I loved the part where Peach Wilkins locked you in the freezer and shut off the lights. Also I enjoyed the smugglers hideout, interesting concept.

I played both the PC and Xbox 360 versions and thought both were really fun. The story telling was a little overrated, but it was such a great environment to play a game in. The overall story was pretty decent also. I really wouldn't call it a conventional shooter.

The first time I encountered a Big Daddy, the thump, the screen shaking and then big feet and dust... oh my.
