@Garfield360UK: if you can afford it then why not. I think it boils down to your personal taste. The ps3 had a very rough start but as times goes by the big issues are being addressed and the exclusives coming out of Sony are really good. I always felt that Sony as a gaming publishers are better then Microsoft as they just seem to have more willingness to invest money in untested truly original IP's. Not to take anything away from "Father Microsoft" but can you really see them [Microsoft] green lighting and investing money in games like LittleBigPlanet, Heavy rain and basically everything coming out from Team Ico?
With me the opposite happened, I got my Ps3 two years after I got my 360 and since then my 360 has been pretty much collecting dust. The only reason I am not selling the thing is because of Mass Effect 2.
So what was your decision, if you made one that is.
