I'm in summer of my second year and it's definitely crop farming for me. I don't have any set day plans, so once all my crops are picked/watered (I have sprinklers for pretty much everything now) I just kinda judge the rest of my time by what I need. I'm level 10 in farming and level 6-8 in everything else. It's only in my second year that I've gotten more into extra objects (beehives, lightning rods etc) and now animals. Chickens are doing well and I'm saving up for cows at the moment so farming will probably continue to be my top thing.

I've barely touched on working towards relationships, except for Abigail. We got married in Spring.

To echo what the others said, it's absolutely a game you can play and ignore the story. I had a lot more fun taking over the settlements than dealing with the story missions too.

Really sorry for your loss. Must be incredibly difficult. My mother rapidly approaching the end of her fight with terminal bowel cancer, so I've also been in a state of not being able to concentrate/deal with heavy story. Just Cause 3 was unexpectedly therapeutic. :)

Wow, I dont think I've ever actually seen this site with ads, but that's awful. Not only looks tough to navigate but has a real "we don't give shit" look to it, which as you said, would most likely put off new visitors. Surely there's another way to incorporate ads.

I always appreciate threads like this. Although I grew up with metal and still consider it a great genre, I've ended up sticking to what I know as I've gotten older and I don't tend to find many new bands these days. Also I'm listening to a lot more "stoner" rock (Fu Manchu, Ten Foot Wizard, Blues Pills). So having topics like this gives new life to the genre. Sumac really stood out to me and are on Spotify. Huge fan of Aaron Turner so will be checking them out. Thanks, @nickhead !

I don't think they have to be mutally exclusive... I think she looks really nice, but I'd lose 100lbs for the sake of my health.

If you're talking about relationships, personally I think brains are important and nessessary for something longterm. I'm not talking about having to have an incredibly high IQ, but I'd get tired of someone who "misses" everything all the time and you couldn't chat about anything to. Initial attraction to the person also has to be there as well.

@kommradeobvious: I agree completely. The Skate series was also bringing some good original stuff too. Shame we probably won't see another one of those (which is crazy to me) but from memory I think there's supposed to be a new Tony Hawk game coming out this year. Something to keep an eye on at least!
