"Is HoTD II & III a really good port Meo? How is the aiming, does it feel like pointing in a game like Prime 3 or is it closer to proper lightgun games as it should be? Do you use a gun shell, do you find yourself aiming as in the arcades or just pointing? Perhaps it warrants a buy after getting Overkill & a Hand Cannon is why I ask. Also, technically, at least III looks far superior to Overkill. Too bad they couldn't just use that engine for it, and instead had to make one from scratch. Similar visual polish to III coupled with the awesome style of Overkill would have been so good. Oh well, it looks good still."
It feels like an Arcade Light game with the exception of the quarters.  I play without a shell or a WiiZapper.  Both have their own advantages.  I have never played House of the Dead 3 in an arcade.  I have however played House of the Dead 2 in an arcade.  The game feels really faithful to the arcade, depending on the person that could be good or bad.  It has some extra bonus modes as well.  Also, the accuracy of the game is based on the calibration.  The game can be easily played with Crosshairs and without them.

When I made the first list of games, that was a measurement of opinion.  I happen to like Nights: Journey of Dreams much more than Super Mario Galaxy.  A shocker when one is critically acclaimed while the other is not and clearly my personal taste in games is not the same as the majority of critics.

When is the date of the tournament?  Most that are hosted over the Internet are usually scheduled ahead of time.

I really don't know why people are complaining so much.  I have bought loads of games for my Wii and that I still hold onto.  I will break it into three areas.  Games I love, Games that are mediocre and Games I hate.

Games I love
-Metroid Prime 3: Corruption
-Super Smash Bros. Brawl
-Nights: Journey of Dreams
-Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess
-Super Paper Mario
-No More Heroes
-Okami
-The House of The Dead 2 & 3 return
-Ghost Squad
-Bully: Scholarship Edition (I think this game is better than the GTA series)
-Trauma Center: Second Opinion
-Call of Duty: World at War (Arguably superior to the PS3 and Xbox360 despite missing content)

Mediocre Games
-Metal Slug Anthology
-Link's Crossbow Training
-Super Mario Galaxy
-Wii Sports
-Mario Kart WIi
-Medal of Honor: Heroes 2
-Resident Evil 4: Wii Edition
-Wii Fit
-Battalion Wars 2

Games I hate
-Sonic and the Secret RIngs

This is off course just a list of retail games.  What about Wiiware and Virtual Console Games?  Plenty of good games came out onto the Wii.  I really don't know why People are complaining about it.  Please take note that I am going to use Metacritic to short hand things for myself.
1. World of Goo
2. Super Smash Bros. Brawl
3. Rockband 2
4. Okami
5. Bomberman Blast
6. Guitar Hero: World Tour
7. Tetris Party
8. MaBoShi: The Three Shape Arcade
9. Boom Blox
10. No More Heroes
11. Megaman 9
12. Call of Duty: World at War
13. Bully: Scholarship Edition
14. Art Style: Orbient
15. Strong Bad Series
16. Pro Evolution Soccer
17. Mario Kart Wii
18. Madden NFL 09 All Play
19. de Blob
20. Lost Winds
21. Fifa 09 All Play
22. Rock Band
23. WWE Smackdown vs Raw 2009
24. Wii Fit
25. Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: My Life as a King
26. Blast Works: Build, Trade, Destroy
28. Tori Tori
29. MLB Power Pros 2008
30. Shaun White Snowboarding: Road Trip
31. Lego Indiana Jones: The Original Adventures
32. Wario Land: Shake it!
33. Grovin' Blocks
34. My Sims Kingdom
35. Final Fantasy Fables: Chocobo Dungeon
36. Order Up!
37. We Love Golf!
Right there is 37 games I just pointed out.  Are you going to tell me that all of them suck?  Can anyone here actually tell me that they have played all 37 games?  Keep in mind the Xbox360 and Playstation 3 had some really a really good year.

The best system is probably the PS1.  It had games for everyone.

However, my favorite is still dreamcast.

Really comes down to personal preference.

PS3- A multimedia machine.  2008 has treated the PS3 well this year making it a cleaner choice.  However, the games may not be consistent in the following years.  Also, games require higher budgets for development, while they grind out really slowly.  It really is important that you can fully utilize it as a Multimedia machine.  Although a computer can easily do everything they are talking about here.  Also, not all games are backwards compatible with the PS2 although it can play PS1 games.

PS2-Has tons of great games.  Games are also becoming really cheap to buy and systems are inexpensive.  There are so many games on it that, some which I still want to play but have never picked up.  It is backwards compatible with PS1 games.  However, you will find it harder to sell games because it is very competitive, although that rule works in favor in reverse.

Wii- The Wii is my second favorite console to date.  It is backwards compatible with Gamecube games, and does it so well (thanks to the similar architecture).  In addition, it has the virtual console games and Wiiware.  Virtual console games allow you to play games from the past, rather faithful to the original.  Wiiware brings a lot of inexpensive downloadable games.  Many which are better than a lot of retail games.  In addition, there is also some nice homebrew support, which supports games, emulators, media stuff(something a computer can still do) and utilities.  There are some draw backs to this system.  To play gamecube games, you need a gamecube controller and a gamecube memory card to save data. The internal memory in the Wii is limited, although downloaded games can be redownloaded onto the same console for later use or back them up on an SD card(SDHC is not supported).  Some data cannot be back up properly.  Also, controllers can be a bit expensive.  You are going to need rechargable batteries. I suggest Duracell or Energizer.  Each wii remote costs $40(One is bundled with the system).  A Nunchuck costs $20 (one is bundled with the system).  A classic controller costs $20.

Never played it but I still don't have high expectations.  I would rather wait for the a real sonic game.  Sonic Adventure and Sonic Adventure are still awesome games in my opinion.  I have it on my dreamcast.  What was so terrible about those games that they couldn't use a similar formula.  Most games work on a formula basis and usually work out really well.

The guy is complaining about how others complain too much about things.  Some of these things I could care less about.  For the most part, I don't talk about console FPS because they are never going to be as computer controls.  The only reason why I have a Dreamcast port of Quake 3 Arena is because I have a Dreamcast  keyboard and Dreamcast Mouse is because it came for free.  When people like myself say that Halo is mediocre, its because we played it on a computer.  The only reason why I play the Metroid Prime series is because I am a fan of the series (going into first person prespective was not my favorite iteration.  If the Metroid Prime series was on the computer, it would probably have to deal with the same issue that I would complain about halo.  Nintendo is just smart enough not to port their works onto the computer).  I am not saying Halo sucks, far from it.  I just don't find it to be great.

What's wrong with homosexuality?  It wasn't a big deal with Poison from Final Fight or Eagle from Street Fighter.

Because you are a PS3 fanboy.

Anyways, I never been a fan of most first person shooters.  I already have Yahtzee to explain what I don't like them.
