Yeah, I finished it in the end. Was a great game, I always play the sissie good guy though for some reason unless there's an option to blow something up...
 
Still, learned the valuable lesson of; have more than 1 save when it comes to RPGs.

I really enjoyed KOTOR until my game bugged out and turned my crew into wookies, meaning I couldn't actually comminicate with any of them to advance the story. lost me about 12 hours :(

You also seem to have missed BattleBlock Theater, shame on you.

If this is to do with the Steam sale, I believe the Introversion complete pack is $5.00, that includes both Defcon and Darwinia which are great games if you're into strategy.

Perhapse there needs to be a semi-digitized sprites page?
 
If you were to ask me though I'd say no, they're not.

I'd suggest waiting for Limbo and buying just 500 more points then, if you're into platforming in any way. I wasn't much of a fan of Defense Grid, but if you're really looking for a good TD game I'd suggest picking up a copy of Warcraft III on the cheap for your PC.
 
Both of these options involve spending money, which you said you weren't interested in doing, but it's not a whole lot more for a massive jump in quality!
